On 19 September 2014, Raimon Land awarded the construction contract for The Lofts Ekkamai to Ritta Company Limited, a name at the forefront of the construction industry in Thailand.

Under the terms of the contract, the scope of work will include the structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing works. Construction activities for the 28-story tower are expected to commence immediately with completion scheduled for late Fall 2016. 

“Ritta’s proven track record was a key ingredient in it being awarded the contract and yet another positive indicator Raimon Land’s new outlook of appointing Grade A contractors,” said Raimon Land Vice- President of Construction, Andrew Jordan.

• Structural work of car park has been completed up to level 6.
• The slip-form sliding formwork for the Lift Core is at Level 29 and the main fire stairs has reached level 22.
• At the East Wing (the wing with higher building envelope), floor slab has reached level 24 while wall level 24 is under progress.
• At the North Wing (the wing with lower building envelope), floor slab has reached level 23 while wall is at level 22.

• Tower A and Tower B structure is completion.
• Architectural and MEP works are continuing in Tower A and Tower B upper floors, current works focused on completion of residential units.
• Car Park Building is complete.
• LV electrical metres are under process and awaiting PAE installations.
• Swimming Pools, external works and landscape gardens are complete.
• CRM and Facilities Management teams are resident on site.
• Residential Condominium Unit Buyers Inspection process has started and is being coordinated through Raimon Land CRM team.
