Raimon Land held its annual general meeting on 23 April 2014 at the Grand Hyatt Erawan. At the event, management recapped the company’s impressive overall performance for 2013 and fielded individual queries from both shareholders and press in attendance.

On 7 May 2014, investment group CLSA and Raimon Land co-hosted an exclusive dinner for CLSA members at 185 Rajadamri’s spectacular Duplex Penthouse B, overlooking the Royal Bangkok Sports Club and Lumpini Park. Notable guests in attendance included Khun Pradit Phataraprasit, the Chairman of Raimon Land and former Deputy Minister of Finance, Khun Korn Chatikavanij, the former Finance Minister, Khun Johnson Tan, the CEO of Raimon Land, and Khun Prinn Panitchapakdi, CLSA’s Country Head, Thailand.

Reuters and The Straits Times convened on the morning of 14 May 2014 for exclusive interviews with Raimon Land CEO Johnson Tan. Mr. Tan discussed the company’s quarterly financial disclosure, short- and long-term business strategy, and the overall Thai property market, amongst other topics.

Raimon Land held its quarterly analyst meeting at The Four Season’s Bangkok on 14 May 2014 to disclose its Q1 financial results to analysts and the media.

For Q1 2014, Raimon Land generated THB 1.648 billion in total revenue, THB 363 million in net profit, and a record 8th consecutive quarter of profit.

185 Rajadamri held its spirit house blessing ceremony on 16 May 2014. According to Thai tradition, this structure is a shrine to the protective spirit of a home or place and is usually situated in an auspicious spot, most frequently in the corner of the property.
