On 4 March, Raimon Land PLC's CEO Johnson Tan spoke from Bangkok with John Dawson on Bloomberg Television's "On the Move" about his company's recently revealed financial report and its business outlook for this year. Raimon Land recorded a 50%t increase in profits during 2013 to reach THB746 million – an 11-year high for the Thailand property developer.

On 11 March 2014, 185 Rajadamri welcomed Che Jun, the GM of Bank of China in Bangkok, and his management team. Mr. Che and Raimon Land CEO Johnson Tan discuseed potential strategic cooperations between their two companies.

Recently, Raimon Land held an exclusive High-Tea Party at The River, partnering with MBK Guarantee, Thanachart Bank, and Bank of China. All 33 attendants got the chance to speak with financial consultants from the banks, the

Raimon Land sales team and other investors. By the end of the day, a total of around THB100 million worth of units were sold which reflected investor confidence in Thailand and the attraction of Raimon Land properties.

Passenger lifts are complete with final balancing, testing and commissioning.

External works, hardscape and softscape are 99% complete, with a focus on completing the Sarasin Road entrance.

The 7th floor Pool Deck is 99% complete. The gymnasium, sauna and Jacuzzi have been equipped and tested and furniture is being installed.

Residential units and common areas are 99% complete. Some internal architectural finishing works on the main lobby are still ongoing.

The Zire Wongamat comprises two residential towers – 37 and 54 storeys, respectively – with a, Beach Club, landscaped gardens and separate carpark building.

Tower A construction is complete.

Tower B construction is complete.

Carpark building is complete.

Architectural and MEP are advanced in Tower A and Tower B, with current work focusing on completion of residential units, common area details and Occupation Permit applications which are due at the end of Q1.

External roadway works have commenced and are planned to finish in time for the Occupation Permit.

Main building construction has now reached the 6th floor slab.

The slip-form sliding formwork for the lift core is now at the 8th floor.

Car park construction has reached the 3rd floor.

First residential units, pre-cast external walls and internal party walls are now being installed.

All tower cranes and concrete placing booms have been erected and are operational.

Show units are complete and the sales office is open.

Environmental Impact Assessment has been awarded to the project.

Building Permit has been awarded to the project.

Piling works will be complete by the end March 2014.

Tenders for the main building work are currently under negotiation.
