Raimon Land has been awarded the Plant A Tree Today (PATT) Foundation’s Environmental Impact Award for planting the most trees of any Thai company in 2013.

Raimon Land believes that environmentally sustainable endeavors are an important part of creating thriving communities.

As such, the company makes a concerted effort to preserve and nurture the natural environment for the benefit of current and future generations.

On 24-25 June 2014, Raimon Land showcased its Unixx South Pattaya and Zire Wongamat properties at Tokyo Big Sight in Tokyo, Japan. The overall response was very positive and over 400 people visited the booth. To date, 5% of Unixx South Pattaya buyers are Japanese Nationals.

On 25 June 2014, Raimon Land organized a day trip to Pattaya to give local media outlets greater insight into and updates on Unixx South Pattaya and Zire Wongamat. In addition to site visits of these two developments, the outing also included lunch at The Glass House and roundtrip shuttle from Bangkok.

Raimon Land also took this opportunity to meet with The Glass House’s management to discuss the opening of their new restaurant at Zire Wongamat.

• Tower A and Tower B structure is completion.
• Architectural and MEP works are continuing in Tower A and Tower B upper floors, with current works focused on completion of residential units. Also, the project has received its Occupation Permit.
• Main HV Electrical Supply and installation of LV electrical meters is under process and awaiting PAE installations.

• Main structural works now reached the Level 14 floor slab.
• Fire Stairs have now reached Level 7.
• The slip-form sliding formwork for the Lift Core is at Level 16.
• Car Park concrete slabs have begun on podium roof at Level 6.
• Residential Units – casting pre-cast external walls are 32.6% finished; installation 5.8% finished; internal party walls have now reached Level 7.
• Mechanical & Electrical First Fix works are at Level 12 (20%); 2nd Fix works have commenced at Level 9 (20%).

• The Show Unit and Sales Office are complete and the project sales office has opened.
• Environmental Impact Assessment has been awarded for the project.
• Building Permit has been awarded for the project.
• Piling works are complete as of 30 March 2014.
• Tenders for the Main Building works are currently under negotiation.
