• Main building works have now reached Level 7 floor slab
• Mechanical and electrical first fix works are at Level 6; second fix works are progressing at Level 4
• Fire stairs have now reached Level 5
• Car park concrete slabs have begun on podium roof at Level 5
• Residential unit pre-cast external walls are 18.4% finished; internal party walls have now reached Level 5

• Show unit and sales office are complete and operational
• Building permit has been awarded for the project
• Environmental Impact Assessment has been awarded for the project
• Piling works are complete as of 30 March 2014
