Q3 Financial Results
On 18 November 2014, Raimon Land released its financial results for Q3 2014, which included:
- 10th consecutive quarter of profit
- THB 361 million in net profit for Q3 2014
- THB 1.157 billion in net profit for the first nine months of 2014, or 155% of its full-year net profit for 2013
- THB 1.008 billion in pre-sales revenue for Q3 2014
- THB 2.083 billion in total revenue for Q3 2014
- THB 10.2 billion in secured backlog
- Interest Bearing Debt-To-Equity Ratio reduced to 1.1, down from 2.4 at the end of Q4 2013

Inspections for unit transfers are progressing well at Zire Wongamat and inspection and transfer appointments are fully booked until the end of December 2014. The CRM Handover Team would like to encourage homeowners to start making their appointments for inspections and transfers for 2015 in advance to secure their desired dates. |

Please note that our Handover Office will be closed from 27 December 2014 to 5 January 2015, but will resume operations promptly on 6 January 2015.

Construction update – Unixx South Pattaya
Structural works
- Structural work of the car park has been completed.
- Pool structure on the podium roof top also completed.
- The slip-form sliding formwork for the Lift Core is now at Level 38 and the main fire stairs has reached Level 30.
- At the East Wing (the wing with higher building envelope), floor slab has been completed at 36 while core wall has reached level 38.
- At the North Wing (the wing with lower building envelope), floor slab has been completed at 34 while core wall has reached level 36.
Architectural works
- Pre-Cast external installation completed at level 20 and work has progressed up to level 30.
- Internal wall completed at level 15 and work has progressed up to level 29.
- Ceiling work completed at level 7 and has reached up to level 19.
- Door frames are being installed up to level 20, while door panel installation is now at level 10.
- Tile installation has reached level 16.
- Installation of balcony balustrades has reached level 15.
- External and internal painting work has progressed to 25% and 30%, respectively.

Mechanical & Electrical First Fix works
- M&E 1st Fix works are at level 38.
- M&E 2nd Fix works are now at level 30.
- The 1st delivery of air-conditioner and passenger lifts has arrived on site.
- Civil and External works has already been commented with 30% completion of underground water tank work.
