The Zire Wongamat project comprises two residential towers 37 and 54 storey's respectively together with Car Park building, Beach Club and landscape gardens. The Beach Club, incorporating a Show Unit and sales office facilities, swimming pools and landscape beach frontage is complete.

• Tower A structure is completed.
• Tower B structure is completed.
• Car Park Building is completed.
• Architectural and MEP are advanced in Tower A and Tower B, current works focused on completion of residential units and Common Area details ready for Occupation Permit applications due end Q1.
• External roadway works have commenced and are planned to finish in time for Occupation Permit.

Final cleaning works to all external facades and completion of remaining decorations.

Architectural works are 95% complete and Mechanical Electrical and Sanitary trades are 97% complete.

Passenger lifts are completed with final balancing, testing and commissioning.

External works, Hardscape and softscape are 98% completed with focus on Sala Daeng entrance.

Building Permit has been awarded for the project.

Piling works have been awarded and works commenced 6th January 2014.
