RML announces buoyant 2023 results and will launch three new low-rise ultra-luxury projects in 2024

RML reported buoyant results during 2023 with 1,912 million baht in presales, driven by the success of The Estelle Phrom Phong and Tait Sathorn 12, achieving full sales and a 98 percent sales rate respectively. In 2024, the company plans to launch three rare low-rise ultra-luxury projects targeting billionaire customers. A development in the Phrom Phong-Thonglor area, at a project value of 3,000 million baht, will have an average selling price of 400-700 million baht per unit. A branded residential villa project on Kamala Bay, Phuket, at a project value 12,000 million baht, will have an average selling price of 600-1,000 million baht per unit, while a low-rise development on the Chao Phraya River will have an expected value of 1,000 million baht per unit.
