RML officially opens OCC, the tallest Grade A+ luxury office building in Thailand

RML has officially opened OCC, the tallest Grade A+ luxury office building in Thailand. OCC welcomes DLA Piper, which is leasing space for its new headquarters

OCC recently welcomed DLA Piper (Thailand) Limited, a global law firm with lawyers in more than 40 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, in a signing ceremony to lease 1,084 square metres of office space on the 48th floor of OCC as its new headquarters. DLA Piper’s presence reinforces the prestige of OCC as an office building admired and trusted by world-class companies.

RML increases capital by THB 3,588 million through a PP and RO to bolster business expansion

RML, has announced a capital increase of THB 3,588 million, up from THB 4,172 million to THB 7,760 million. This initiative aims to support sustainable growth and ongoing profit enhancement. For the 2024 business plan, the company focuses on efficient investment management, with an emphasis on an asset-light strategy. This involves collaborations with landowners to eliminate land banking, reduce costs, and accelerate project timelines. The plan includes launching three low-rise ultra-luxury projects across three locations, totalling THB 16,000 million. One project is in Sukhumvit, valued at THB 3,000 million, one is a branded ultra-luxury villa project in Phuket at THB 12,000 million, and the third is a low-rise ultra-luxury project on the Chao Phraya River at THB 1,000 million.

RML partners with MSpa International to offer premium healthcare programme at Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie

RML started its first campaign of 2024 by partnering with MSpa International, a top spa developer under the Minor Group, to present the RML X Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie, a programme for RML customers that focuses on promoting longevity, offers health check-ups, consultations with a longevity coach and doctor, and personalised holistic health care treatments. The programme was conducted during 17 and 18 February 2024 at the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie, Southeast Asia’s first branch of the ultra-luxury healthcare centre from Switzerland, located on the 15th floor of The St Regis Hotel, Bangkok.
