Mr. Korn Narongdej, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) alongside talented songstress-actor Krit “PP” Amnuaydejkon shared the information on the matter of health and well-being which is considered as one of the key goals of Raimon Land to be achieved not only for homeowners’ health and safety but also employee satisfaction and well-being.
As a prime example in this regard, you can look no further than our One City Center (OCC), the first Multi-Tenant office building project in Thailand and in Southeast Asia to be awarded the Fitwel Building Standard Certification Version 2.1 in the Multi-Tenant Building category for its design for user well-being. The certification is operated by the Center for Active Design (CfAD), an organization that assesses and ranks buildings for their users’ quality of life, with the goal of creating environments that promote users’ well-being.
