Raimon Land is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Lee Chye Tek Lionel as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective November 1, 2018, replacing
Mr. Lee Chye Cheng Adrian who will be assuming the role as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Mr. Lee Chye Tek Lionel will be responsible for overseeing the company’s investments and corporate strategies. While Mr. Lee Chye Cheng Adrian will be primarily focusing on the day to day operations of the company.
Khun Rawee Tahtniyom has also joined Raimon Land as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). He will be responsible for the leadership of our Sales and Marketing departments. With his past 24 years of experience at KPN, he has held various management roles, and the most recent served as a CEO at KNP Land, where he led the company to a successful property developer.
The appointments are in line with each person’s experiences and expertise to ensure effective management that caters to the company’s business growth on its path to becoming Thailand’s leading premium real estate company in the future.

Press Conference for The Estelle Phrom Phong and TAIT 12

On October 18, 2018, Raimon Land held a press conference for the launch of 2 residential projects: The Estelle Phrom Phong and TAIT 12, which are the joint venture projects between Raimon Land and Tokyo Tatemono.  This will bring the estimated revenue of 9.2 BN to the company.

Completed Works:  All sub terrain structure completed.

Structural Work: 39.30% overall completion.

Architectural & Interior Work: 0.00% overall completion.

MEP Work: 1.14% overall completion.
The Lofts Asoke

Construction Update as of End of September 2018: Overall 94.37%.

Completed Works:  Piling, Soil Protection, Footing, Passenger lift pit, Mechanical car park lift pit, Underground water tank work, Septic tank, Separation tank and Grease trap.

Structural Work: Completed.

Architectural & Interior Work: 88.00% overall completion. Up to level 45.

MEP Work: 95.00% overall completion. Up to level 45.

External Work: Road work 100%, Fence work 78% and Site drainage work 100%.
