Raimon Land Secures Funding for 185 Rajadamri

Raimon Land has secured a THB 2,790 million funding facility with Bank of Ayudhya for the development of 185 Rajadamri, the developer's most exclusive condominium project to date.
Securing project finance for 185 Rajadamri with Bank of Ayudhya in the current economic climate reflects the trust that leading financial institutions have in Raimon Land and the strength and quality of this project. With such a strong financial partner and all licenses in place, 185 Rajadamri is set for launch in September with the opening of the show suites.

The River

During July the River continued to progress at one floor per week per tower regardless of the traditional rainy season in Thailand.
The main concrete structure progress remains on programme. The South Tower's core structure has reached level 52, with the floor slab at level 45 while the North Tower's core structure is now at level 41 and floor slab at level 38. Construction of the Private Residents Club concrete structures for swimming pool on the 23rd floor at the North Tower is now complete. The overall podium structural progress (podium A, B and C) is 99% finished with work on the fifth floor pools, water features and landscape is nearing completion. Glass curtain walls installation has reached level 27 and window sall system has reached level 15 in Tower A; glass curtain walls installation has reached level 21 and window wall system has reached level 13 in Tower B.
All major procurement contracts have been finalised and contracts awarded for kitchens, built-in cabinet works, doors, ironmongery, vanity units, bathware and brassware and domestic appliances. These will be delivered to site commensurate with construction progress and installation coordinated with adjacent and related trades.

Northpoint

July 2010 works at the Northpoint project are nearing to completion of the project. Corridors are substantially complete and the remaining penthouses Tower A and upper units PRC Tower B near final trades works completion. Home owner inspections are continuing according to hand over programme.
Apartment fit-out works are nearing completion, with corridors, fire escape stairs and common areas now completed. All external cleaning of all facades, aluminium and glass and external louvers have been completed. The lift car fit-out works continue, one additional lift per building have been completed and are undergoing final testing and commissioning and are due for final certification in August.
Appointed property managers, Savills Thailand, are now fully mobilized and responsible for the ongoing management of the buildings and services.

Raimon Land Helps Reforest Khao Yai National Park with PATT Foundation

In what has become Raimon Land's annual Corporate Social Responsibility event, a group of staff and clients once again returned to Baan Sap Tai to help reforest the surrounding areas around Khao Yai National Park.
Before the actual tree planting activity located over 3 kilometers away from the tree nursery, volunteers from Raimon Land were given a brief demonstration of seed sowing, pricking and potting out of seedlings. Raimon Land's efforts at the UNESCO-listed World Heritage Site is an ongoing commitment towards the company-sponsored foundation since the establishment of the tree nursery at Baan Sap Tai in 2008.
