Sales Exhibition at Siam Paragon

The River and Northpoint will be showcased at Raimon Land's very own sales exhibition at Siam Paragon, Fashion Gallery, 1st floor from 4-13 December.

Gaggenau Goes Mobile at The River

The River Promenade is once again the center of attention as the Gaggenau mobile showroom travels around the globe, making its stop on the banks of the Chao Phraya River.

Gaggenau is a manufacturer of high-quality home appliances and acknowledged as an innovation leader in design and technology. Their unique mobile showroom offers both kitchen and cooking enthusiasts the chance to experience luxurious kitchen appliances without having to go to the actual showroom. The showcase is being held at The River Promenade until mid-February 2010.

The River's complimentary shuttle boat service will be available to take guests to the venue, leaving regularly from Saphan Taksin pier. Pickup can also be arranged by calling The River Promenade on 02-861-1971.

The River Update

The River continues to make good progress as Bangkok welcomed its first few winter breezes during the month of November.

The core structure at the South Tower is now at level 16 with the floor slab reaching level 14. At the North Tower, the lift core remains at level 12 awaiting further progress to the floor slabs, which has risen to level 8 as November came to a close.

Surveying of the units' interior walls on level 7, South Tower's first residential floor, has commenced with the actual wall installation planned for the first weeks of December.

Northpoint Update

Through November 2009 construction works at the Northpoint site continue apace with landscape, swimming pools and water features all progressing towards completion at the Wong Amat Beach front zone. The water slide has been constructed, swimming pools have been tiled and timber decking and other hardscape finishes are installed. The beach pavilion structure is complete and fit-out works internally are ongoing.

At the sky gardens feature timber ceiling installations are ongoing as are the swimming pool tile installations and other hardscape finishes. The sky garden fitness room areas are in the process of fit-out with all gym equipment being delivered and installed at site.

Northpoint buyers will be able to begin inspecting their units starting from mid-December onwards and arrangements for accommodation and airport transfer can also be made for those who have already made an appointment. In related story, Savills Thailand has been selected as property manager and leasing agent for Northpoint. They will be responsible for the overall operations of Northpoint, including setting up operational and administrative guidelines, standard working procedures and putting management and administrative policies into practice.

Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce 20th Anniversary

The 20th anniversary celebration of the Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce was recently held at The River Promenade on the 27th of November. World famous Swedish brands, innovations and products were on display to complement the all-Swedish atmosphere. A host of famous Swedish brands were present at the event, which included the likes of Volvo, ABB, SAAB and Scandinavian Airlines. The Ambassador of Sweden to Thailand, Mr. Lennart Linnér was on hand to kick off the event with a welcome speech followed by a champagne toast.

The Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce, its Members & Network have supported the establishment of Swedish businesses in Thailand for 20 years with strong innovative and famous brands represented in Thailand. A key objective of the Thai-Swedish Chamber of Commerce 20th Anniversary was to further strengthen the Thailand-Sweden relationship.
